Job summary

A luxury travel brand in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to identify and nurture affiliate leads. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, experience in high-end luxury goods, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing leads, preparing contracts, and building industry relationships. This is an opportunity to contribute to business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-end luxury goods, travel, or hospitality.
  • Professional competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using and maintaining data within a CRM.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Past experience working to revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact and develop assigned leads.
  • Follow a structured, consultative sales process.
  • Manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
  • Continuously enrich affiliate data.
  • Prepare affiliate contracts and secure signatures.
  • Build relationships with operators and industry counterparts.
  • Meet and exceed individual affiliate acquisition targets.
  • Develop expertise in Jet Luxe products and services.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share insights.
  • Engage prospective customers about the private aviation industry.
  • Participate in sales skills training.
