Objective

Support the kick-start of SAP Signavio by identifying, modeling, and analyzing Source-to-Pay (Direct Procurement) and/or Logistics processes, and demonstrate measurable business value through process transparency and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Discovery & Assessment: Understand current Source-to-Pay and/or Logistics business processes; conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders; identify process pain points, bottlenecks, and compliance gaps
• SAP Signavio Configuration & Usage: Set up and configure SAP Signavio Process Manager / Process Intelligence; Model AS-IS and TO-BE processes in Signavio; Apply standard Signavio content where relevant

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager and/or Process Intelligence)
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (Direct Procurement) and/or Logistics processes
• Experience working with SAP systems (S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP)
• Ability to engage with business users and explain insights clearly

Preferred

• Experience in process mining and value realization
• Exposure to procurement compliance, approvals, and controls
• Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
• Prior short-term advisory or pilot-based engagements
