Job summary

Al-Futtaim's Service Advisor role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service within the Aftersales department. You will greet customers, capture repairs, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.

You will also be responsible for cost estimates, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and helping achieve service revenue targets, contributing to the dealership's reputation and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years in automobile dealership, with at least 3 years as a Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of dealer/distributor business processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to initiate repair orders and record requirements.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and manage delivery timelines.
• Manage the workshop workflow and ensure alignment of repair orders with business flow.
• Communicate clearly with customers and guide them through the invoice and handover process.
• Strive to achieve service revenue targets and high customer satisfaction.
