Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to act as the main link between customers and workshop operations across the UAE. You will deliver an exceptional service journey, drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth while upholding standards and CSV/NPS targets.

You will manage end-to-end service processes, upsell appropriately, provide clear explanations of repairs and costs, and coordinate with workshop and production teams to ensure on-time vehicle

• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high CSV and NPS results.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manufacturer standards while maintaining data quality.
