Job summary

Gargash Motors & General Trading invites applications for a Receptionist role at its Abu Dhabi dealership. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate Sales or Service representative.

You will support Sales, Service and back-office teams with administrative tasks, manage customer data in the DMS, and ensure privacy and accuracy of information while guiding customers through processes and documents.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate Sales/Service representative.
• Support Sales, Service and back-office colleagues with customer contact and admin tasks.
• Document customer data in the DMS and update vehicle and customer histories.
• Check capacity of advisors and guide customers without appointments to the waiting area.
• Explain data privacy statements and obtain necessary documents from customers.
• Coordinate documents with customers and arrange preliminary orders/workshop orders as needed.
