Job summary

Gargash Prime Auto in Dubai is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will manage front of house, greet guests, handle calls, capture enquiries in the CRM and route them to the sales team, while coordinating showroom appointments.

The ideal candidate will be warm, professional and well presented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask across visitors, calls and admin tasks without errors.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate minimum.
• 1–3 years in reception/front desk/customer service.
• Experience using a CRM to capture and route enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Answer calls, route them correctly, and take messages.
• Capture enquiries in the CRM with full contact details and source; pass leads to sales.
• Manage showroom appointments and test drive diary; issue reminders.
• Handle mail, courier, stationery and general admin tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
