Ideal candidates are UAE Nationals with a Family Book, have a high school diploma, fluent English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel. This is a full-time, on-site position based at Toyota Al Badia in Dubai Festival City.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent English-speaking ability.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and create a courteous first impression.
• Identify customer needs and direct to the correct executive.
• Manage appointment information and locate the responsible team member.
• Coordinate introductions between customers and staff.
• Maintain reception area and record visitor data in Excel.
