Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Friendly, confident and professional customer-facing manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer entering the automotive service branch in a warm and professional manner.
• Identify the reason for each visit and determine the assistance required.
• Direct customers to the correct department, waiting area, or service professional.
• Guide customers with confirmed appointments to the assigned Service Advisor.
• Provide support to walk-in customers without scheduled appointments.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, or reschedule customer appointments.
• Coordinate appointment changes with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
