Job summary

Habtoor Motors United Arab Emirates - Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee Reception and Service Advisor activities and to handle customer inquiries and complaints. The role requires ensuring smooth reception, accurate job cards, estimates, approvals and invoices, while coordinating with Workshop, Parts and Warranty teams.

You will monitor vehicle reception, repair progress and delivery, coach the team, and follow up on pending jobs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of automotive after-sales experience with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of workshop operations and SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Reception and Service Advisor activities.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Monitor vehicle reception, repair progress, and delivery.
• Ensure accurate job cards, estimates, approvals, and invoices.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts, Warranty, and other departments.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
• Follow up on pending jobs and customer requirements.
