A leading global payment technology company is seeking an analyst to support the CEMEA Hub FPA Team in financial planning and analysis. Key responsibilities include developing financial models, collaborating with teams for effective operating expenses management, and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics and possess excellent analytical, communication, and data management skills. The position is based in Dubai and is a full-time role.
The role will be responsible for supporting CEMEA Hub FPA Team during financial planning analysis and management of operating expenses and workforce planning. The key focus is on driving continuous improvement in financial processes, systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications: Associate – Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelors Degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate – 2 or more years of work experience; Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics or related quantitative field; 12 years of related Finance experience in a multinational organization (preferably the Payments industry); Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills; Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills; Exceptional report modelling and data management skills; Detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality; Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Excellent organization, prioritisation and multitasking skills; Strong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint); Knowledge of financial systems (TM1, Hyperion, etc. preferred.
