Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality, Learning & Development, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support all internal and external quality audits and review reports.
  • Coordinate with Department Trainers for On-Job Trainings.
  • Analyze training, audit, and Medallia data for insights.
  • Ensure adherence to L&D and Quality SOPs and drive improvement.
