Assistant Project Manager (UAE National)
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai! In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful management and delivery of complex infrastructure and urban development projects, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of professionals shaping the future of the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage and Control Project Communications: You'll be the central hub of information, ensuring clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Developing and updating the project schedule using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • Coordinate and Control Deliverables: You'll ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
  • Projects' Quality Management: You'll oversee the quality of all project aspects, ensuring that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
  • Projects' Reporting: You'll be responsible for regular project reports, keeping everyone informed about the project's progress.
  • Stakeholder Management: You'll work closely with all project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Guidance: You'll provide guidance to the team working on the same project, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Procurement Assistance: Support preparation of RFQs/RFPs, tender documentation, and bid evaluations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design delivery of master planning or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other engineering-related software tool.

  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices applicable to infrastructure planning and execution.
