Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service delivery, adherence to brand standards, and optimal guest experience.
- Guest Relations: Greet and interact with guests, ensuring satisfaction and handling any complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate the outlet team, assign duties, provide training, and ensure staff performance aligns with company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring usage to minimize waste and maintain cost control.
- Financial Oversight: Support in achieving outlet financial targets by monitoring expenses, upselling, and contributing to revenue generation strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and hygiene regulations are strictly followed within the outlet.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Outlet Manager and other departments to coordinate service, events, and special promotions.
- Reporting: Provide feedback and reports to the Outlet Manager on sales performance, staff issues, and guest feedback.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve operational issues efficiently and take initiative to improve guest service and outlet performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
