Key Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in delivering personalized care including help with daily living activities and personal grooming
• Measure and record vital signs keeping thorough documentation to support patient care
• Assist with patient mobility needs and ensure their safety and comfort at all times
• Help manage medication adherence by providing reminders and supporting prescribed treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families on health‑related concerns and ongoing care practices
• Uphold infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams to foster collaborative care

Requirements

• Valid DHA certification as an Assistant Nurse
