Client of Salt seeks a Marketing Manager to build a disruptive EV/new-energy brand presence in the UAE. You will shape brand positioning, launch strategy and the marketing engine in a fast‑paced build‑up phase.
The role requires strong automotive marketing expertise, 5+ years in senior marketing/management, and proven ability to translate insights into commercial actions. UAE/GCC familiarity is a plus.
Our client has recently acquired the distribution rights for an EV new-energy vehicle brand in the UAE and is looking for a Marketing Manager to help build the brand from the ground up in the market. This is a rare chance to shape a brand s positioning launch strategy and marketing engine in a fast-paced build-up environment rather than inherit an established playbook.
Strong automotive marketing experience, ideally gained within an OEM, importer, or established dealer group; premium/luxury or EV/new-energy vehicle exposure is an advantage. 5 years of relevant experience, including substantial time in a senior marketing/management capacity. Proven track record developing and executing annual marketing strategies, brand plans and budgets aligned to commercial objectives. Strong brand management and positioning experience, including building brand equity and ensuring adherence to Principal/OEM brand guidelines. Solid exposure to new brand/product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing and events. Ability to analyse brand performance, market intelligence, competitor activity and key business indicators, translating insights into commercial action. Demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets with a strong ROI orientation. Strong people-management and team-development capability.
As this is a newly acquired brand entering the market, preference will be given to candidates who have direct experience building or launching brands within the UAE/GCC, and who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, build-up environment where the playbook is still being written.
