Client of Salt seeks a Marketing Manager to build a disruptive EV/new-energy brand presence in the UAE. You will shape brand positioning, launch strategy and the marketing engine in a fast‑paced build‑up phase.

The role requires strong automotive marketing expertise, 5+ years in senior marketing/management, and proven ability to translate insights into commercial actions. UAE/GCC familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive marketing experience or similar
• 5+ years in senior marketing/management roles
• Experience with brand plans, budgets and ROI
• Exposure to new brand/product launches, digital campaigns and events

Responsibilities

• Develop and own annual marketing strategy and brand plans.
• Lead the marketing engine to launch and position the EV/new-energy brand in the UAE.
• Oversee campaigns, events, and digital marketing with ROI accountability.
• Manage budgets and guide a growing marketing team.
