1 Marketing Strategy – Brand Portfolio Management
- Develop and own the annual and three-year marketing strategy for the automotive distribution business aligned with divisional business plans OEM brand strategies and sales targets
- Define positioning segmentation and go-to-market plans for each brand and segment balancing the priorities of multiple OEMs within a coherent portfolio approach
- Continuously analyse market trends competitor activity pricing registration data and customer insight to identify growth opportunities and white spaces
2 New Brand Onboarding – Market Penetration
- Lead the marketing workstream for newly appointed brands from market-entry strategy and brand introduction to dealer network activation and early demand generation
- Design innovative non-traditional campaigns and channels digital experiential fleet B2B partnerships to build awareness quickly and penetrate new customer segments
3 Product Launches Facelifts – Campaigns
- Plan and deliver new model launches facelifts and model-year changes end-to-end launch calendars pricing and specification input PR events media showroom readiness and sales-team enablement
- Drive tactical retail campaigns promotions finance insurance offers and stock-clearance programmes in partnership with Sales to meet volume and mix targets
4 Aftersales – Value-Added Services Marketing
- Develop marketing and retention programmes for aftersales parts and service to grow workshop throughput customer retention and lifetime value
- Support the growth of value-added businesses such as lubricants quick-service and franchise concepts and related automotive service offerings including brand development channel marketing and partner franchisee marketing support
5 Commercial – Financial Contribution
- Own and manage the marketing budget allocating spend by brand segment and channel on an ROI basis and maximise OEM co-op and marketing-support funds
- Partner with Sales and Finance on volume pricing and margin planning build business cases for marketing investments and report on marketing contribution to revenue and profitability
6 Digital CRM – Customer Experience
- Lead digital marketing performance media websites social and lead-management processes ensuring leads are tracked from source to sale through CRM
- Use customer data and analytics to build loyalty retention and cross-sell programmes and champion a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
7 Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary marketing counterpart to OEM principals and regional offices negotiating plans budgets support funds and compliance with brand corporate-identity standards
- Influence senior internal stakeholders Sales Aftersales Finance Operations Group Marketing and manage agencies media owners and event partners to agreed quality cost and timelines
8 People Leadership – Governance
- Lead develop and motivate the marketing team set objectives build capability and ensure succession for key roles
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with UAE advertising and media regulations consumer-protection requirements OEM guidelines and Group policies including approval and signatory frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) preferred. 12–15 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role within automotive distribution, dealership groups or OEMs in the GCC. Proven track record in new brand introductions, vehicle launches and facelifts, and in marketing aftersales and value-added services; exposure to commercial vehicles or industrial equipment is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ownership of a significant marketing budget with measurable commercial results and experience managing OEM relationships.
