Job summary

Michael Page UAE is partnering with a premier automotive group to launch a new premium EV brand in the UAE. This leadership role defines the marketing strategy and annual budget, and drives brand equity across channels.

You will manage OEM partnerships, lead cross-functional campaigns and high-profile events, and act as liaison with principals, agencies and government entities to ensure impactful initiatives, while mentoring a team to deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant marketing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with premium/luxury or EV/new-energy brands is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop and execute annual brand plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual budget.
• Manage brand performance across multiple categories with OEM partners.
• Drive strategies that increase sales and market share.
• Lead cross-functional campaigns, sponsorships and high-profile events.
• Operate as liaison with principals, agencies and government entities.
• Guide and develop direct reports to build future leadership.
