About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for the Supervisor (Activations) to join our Sports & Leisure team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the activities set up as part of the resort program, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Create an activities programs aligning with sports & leisure team.
• Supervise and schedule staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Plan, organize, and oversee a variety of recreational activities and events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of participants.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular safety checks and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the resort programs and events to maximize participation.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs
• Leadership and team management skills
• Creative mindset.
