Level of expertise required: The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and maintaining the ICoFR framework: Ensure alignment with COSO standards and best practices.
2. Conducting annual control assessments: Evaluate governance, ethics, and oversight effectiveness.
3. Documentation: Create and maintain risk and control matrices, flowcharts, and control narratives.
4. Control testing: Develop and execute the annual control testing plan, coordinate with regional teams, and provide actionable feedback.
5. Self-assessments and issue monitoring: Lead quarterly assessments, monitor issues, and ensure timely remediation.
6. Addressing control deficiencies: Investigate and address internal control weaknesses.
7. Fraud risk assessments: Perform assessments, support controls, and contribute to investigations.
