An educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager - Academic Services to support students from admission to graduation. Responsibilities include managing academic services, maintaining a comprehensive student database, and collaborating with faculty. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, be proficient in English, and have advanced computer literacy. Salary details will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
The Assistant Manager - Academic Services is responsible to support students throughout their academic experience from admission to graduation. The incumbent is responsible to manage academic services within the campus including, but not limited to, admission and registration of students, scheduling of classes and exams, maintenance of student records, and processing of documentation in an effective and efficient manner in close coordination with Student Affairs Central Services.
Manage the timely, effective and efficient response to inquiries and resolution of issues related to student admission and registration in collaboration with Student Affairs Central Services.
Oversee the development and maintenance of an up-to-date, accurate and comprehensive student database including, but not limited to, personal details, grades and registration data of current and former students; collaborate with Student Affairs Central Services for consolidation purposes.
