Responsibilities

• Present a professional and welcoming demeanor to arriving guests and seat guests efficiently.
• Handle guest complaints calmly, gather information, and relay issues to management.
• Manage reservations to maximize covers and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Coordinate function bookings with FOH and BOH teams for seamless events.
• Promote responsible alcohol service while complying with local licensing laws.
• Collaborate with Rooms Division to identify guests needing special attention and cross-sell F&B.
