Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf seeks a Team Lead - Housekeeping to oversee daily housekeeping operations and lead a diverse team in a luxury resort setting. You will motivate staff, manage schedules, inventories, and ensure adherence to high hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, preferably with an international company.
• Experience in international capacity and understanding of cultural differences.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud).
• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities and lead the team with compassion and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff across departments.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Report operational problems and incidents to the Supervisor.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally and record relevant details.
