Responsibilities
- Guides and implements sales forecast, planning, and budgeting processes for each of the products along with principals and channel Partners.
- Proactively identify opportunities and recommend the best product lines/solutions and optimum pricing strategy within the business scope to get the maximum out of the contract.
- Provide necessary market information to Marketing Department to formulate strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Oversee and drive different strategic partners channel by maintaining and managing relationships with current and prospective partners by setting targets, partner categorization, partner certifications & recognitions, etc.
- Plan, recommend & guide management resources or staff to represent the company at trade associations, meetings, training, certifications, conferences, etc.
- Evaluate and guide direct staff on their training needs or gaps by identifying performance requirements and the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to achieve the business unit’s requirements.
- Closely coordinate with other departments of the company/group with the proper leadership to smoothly function any processes or procedures for the Business Units.
- Recommend and guide pre-sales engineer & group sales team on periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales funnels, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Conduct periodic visits to partners or important customers with Sales team to build, strengthen, and manage relationships while maintaining close relationships with foreign principals as well.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners deemed necessary for the business.
- Hold regular meetings with Business Units.
- Meeting with Group Finance Head and Group Finance dept.
- Meeting with all Head office department Heads.
- Meeting with Technical head once a week.
- Meeting with Management every fortnight.
- Assist in international expansion.
- Embrace and drive the business with the company core value.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures for (individual/ team).
- Information & data (confidentiality/ integrity)
- Leave Discipline & work ethics.
- ISO compliance of the team.
- OTRS/Service Desk/ Partner Portals.
- Internet/internal network usage (AUP).
- Mobile/telephone usage.
- Office assets/properties/transport facilities.
- Stores & backup/loan usage.
- Developing & imposing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the Management.
- Be responsible for the gross profit of the company & P/L.
- Work in a mentoring capacity to enhance the skills of technical teams.
