We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Assistant / Sales Agent (female, 26–32) to join our team in Dubai. The role is focused on supporting business development activities in the F&B and investment sector, with an emphasis on selling high-value hospitality assets to premium clients and investors. The candidate will coordinate meetings, prepare sales material, manage client relations, and actively contribute to achieving company revenue goals.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have excellent English both spoken and written, strong sales and communication skills, and a presentable, confident, and proactive personality. She should already be based in Dubai, and while not mandatory, prior experience in sales, hospitality, or real estate will be considered an advantage.

In return, the position offers a competitive salary ranging between AED 6,000 and 9,000, along with a housing allowance of AED 4,000 to 5,000. The selected candidate will also receive a 5% commission on revenues generated from premium asset sales directly linked to her work, with potential additional earnings ranging from AED 15,000 to over AED 50,000 per year.
