Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day Amazon Now operations across assigned sites or operational areas.
- Oversee third‑party store operations and ensure execution remains aligned with established standards.
- Promote a strong culture of safety and wellbeing across all shifts.
- Monitor quality, productivity, SLA performance, and customer‑facing operational metrics.
- Analyze performance gaps and implement corrective actions to restore expected service levels.
- Ensure business objectives are consistently achieved across different shifts and operating periods.
- Lead, coach, and support frontline teams responsible for daily operational execution.
- Build a strong team culture based on accountability, collaboration, and operational discipline.
- Handle administrative responsibilities associated with team and site management.
- Review performance data to identify recurring operational weaknesses.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop practical solutions for performance problems.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor 's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor 's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline is particularly relevant.
- Alternatively, at least 2 years of Amazon blue badge or full‑time employee experience where applicable.
- Practical experience working across cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience coaching junior staff or developing frontline team capability.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through partnership and influence.
- Experience solving operational problems through structured root cause analysis.
- Background in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven, logistics, retail, delivery, or comparable operational environment.
- Ability to complete complex work quickly with limited guidance.
- Strong sense of urgency when business situations require rapid turnaround.

- Strong organizational skills with reliable deadline management.
