Ideal Profile
- Minimum 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
- Bachelor ’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Alternatively, at least 2 years of Amazon blue badge or full‑time employee experience where applicable.
- Experience leading frontline employees in an operational environment.
- Ability to monitor productivity, quality, and safety simultaneously.
- Confident using operational metrics to identify performance issues.
- Strong coaching and team development capability.
- Experience handling employee performance matters professionally.
- Good organizational skills for managing several priorities during a shift.
