Apt Resources is looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Facility Maintenance Engineer to support a prominent Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF) in Dubai. This role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of high-end residential facilities, ensuring that all systems function optimally while maintaining the luxurious standards expected in such environments.

Salary: AED8,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
• Manage and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee landscaping and outdoor areas maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with household staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Develop maintenance schedules and manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
• Act as a point of contact for maintenance-related issues and solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Engineer, preferably within high-end residential or UHNWF environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical maintenance areas.
