This position involves driving sales efforts for our home healthcare products, effectively communicating with Arabic-speaking clients, and providing exceptional service to enhance patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the homecare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and individual patients
  • Promote and sell our range of home healthcare products and services
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and competitive products to inform clients
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Prepare and submit regular reports outlining sales activities and outcomes
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the homecare sector, ideally within the UAE
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required
  • Strong understanding of home healthcare products and services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
