Responsibilities

• Overall running of the kitchen, cleanliness, and organization
• Execute all dishes in a timely manner and according to brand standards
• Maintain the inventory and cost control by planning menus within budgetary restrictions
• Lead and develop the BOH team
• Assist the Executive Chef with administrative duties and supplier relations
