Contract Agronomist for Farm in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a contract Agronomist to work on a farm in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the farm's crops and ensuring their optimal growth and production. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct soil analysis and develop fertilization plans
- Monitor crop health and identify any potential issues
- Implement pest control measures as needed
- Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of crops
- Create and maintain records of crop yields and production data
- Work closely with farm management to develop crop rotation plans
- Train and supervise farm workers on proper farming techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Prior experience working on a farm or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of crop fertilization, irrigation, and pest control methods
