Transportation Excellence Field Support, internally known as ACES, helps delivery stations achieve this goal through process standardization, performance analysis and structured operational improvement.
The specialist will serve as an on-ground contact for station management, converting performance data and frontline observations into targeted action plans. Improvements made in this role will influence delivery success, network consistency and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide on-ground support to delivery-station management.
- Act as a first point of contact for process-improvement and benchmarking matters.
- Review station workflows and identify gaps affecting quality or delivery performance.
- Promote effective change processes across last-mile operations.
- Contribute to network standardization by sharing proven practices.
- Monitor logistics performance through defined station indicators.
- Evaluate on-road delivery results and identify recurring issues.
- Compare current performance against network benchmark rates.
- Develop action plans for underperforming processes and indicators.
- Coordinate the execution of corrective and improvement measures.
- Track results to confirm that performance gains are sustained.
- Simplify complex operational problems into practical solutions.
- Create communication plans for teams affected by process changes.
- Provide visibility of improvement activity to relevant stakeholders.
- Equip station teams with appropriate knowledge and operational tools.
- Support accurate, timely and cost-effective customer order execution.
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing English.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies is preferred.
- Experience leading projects that improve operational or support processes.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a record of delivering results.
