Role Context

The ACES Specialist will act as a subject matter resource for Amazon Customer Excellence Systems across transportation operations, with particular focus on OTR and UTR delivery station processes. Rather than working only from reports, the specialist will study operational workflows, identify inconsistencies, establish repeatable standards, and work with the appropriate teams to resolve defects.
