Job summary

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) in Dubai is seeking an Operations Lead to manage end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across multiple sites. You will ensure attendance tracking and safety, motivate and coach associates, and report on performance to meet Amazon's standards.

This role requires at least 1 year of warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong data-analytic skills to draw insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end operations across multiple small sites; supervise last mile operations.

• Drive performance management and training development plans for riders.
• Improve delivery processes to achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station daily.
• Stand-in for Area Manager.

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery helps us build and run this new service for our customers run 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies including attendance tracking are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating coaching reporting and providing feedback of associates performance including under the roof/on the road productivity quality and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

• Managing on a daily basis end to end operations for a combination of small sites. Supervising Last mile operations
• Meeting customer facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.
• Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.
• Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
• Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.
