Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Lead for the UAE to manage end-to-end last mile operations across a network of small sites, supervising delivery teams and driving on-time performance while maintaining safety and morale.

The role involves coaching, implementing training plans for riders, and continuous process improvements. You may stand in for the Area Manager as needed, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in data analysis, with ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes.

We are looking to hire an Operations Executive (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities
