Roles and Responsibilities

• Chart of Accounts Set up in different software Quick books, Tally, Zoho and other ERP soft wares.
• Responsible for the reviews of data entry includes Sales, Purchases, Petty cash, Receipts & payments.
• Bank Reconciliation and Credit Card Reconciliation.
• Allocation of payments & receipts to match invoices.
• Preparation of monthly income statement and balance sheet and Cash flow statement as per IFRS and ISA.
• Monthly presentation of accounts with the help of Ratios and Cost benefit analysis.
• Restructuring of Chart of Accounts as per the requirements from Audit Manager.
• GL reconciliation.
• Financial & Compliance review of all accounts.
• Responsible for work allocation to team and coordinating with them in completing the work.
• Client visits, if required by the clients.
