We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our café operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in the café or food & beverage sector and the ability to manage financial processes that support daily operations, inventory control, and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, maintain, and review financial records related to café operations
  • Monitor cost control, perform reconciliations, and analyze variances in sales and inventory
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock valuation
  • Use Syrve to manage technical cards, recipes, and inventory workflows
  • Maintain accounting records and generate financial reports using Zoho
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable financial regulations
  • Collaborate with café management and operations teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Accountant in a café (mandatory)
  • Hands‑on experience with Syrve, including technical card setup and inventory management
  • Working knowledge of Zoho accounting software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
