Overview

Job Title: Temporary Full-Time Accountant (2–3 Months)

Location: DEIRA, DUBAI

Department: Finance/Accounting

Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO

Salary: AED 5,000/month

Employment Type: Full-Time (Short-term, 2–3 months)

Working Hours: Full-time, [9:30AM TO 7:30PM]

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate general ledger and record all financial transactions.
  2. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable; ensure timely processing.
  3. Prepare monthly financial statements and support management reporting.
  4. Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
  5. Process payroll and employee reimbursements accurately.
  6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
  7. Utilize Zoho Books and other Zoho modules (CRM, Projects, Inventory, People) for accounting and reporting.
  8. Support implementation or optimization of Zoho workflows and assist team members in using Zoho effectively.
  9. Assist with financial audits and provide ad hoc financial analysis during the contract period.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Books and other Zoho modules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
