Job summary

A leading training organization in Dubai seeks an experienced B2B Account Manager to manage key corporate accounts and drive new business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and customizing solutions to meet training needs. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years in sales or account management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Arabic. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager with a solid background in the training industry, to be responsible for managing key corporate accounts, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring strong client relationships across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate and government clients, focusing on business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Keep the sales pipeline updated in the CRM, providing regular reports on new and existing opportunities, lead status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Be proactive in outbound sales activities — including client visits, virtual meetings (Zoom), phone calls, and marketing campaigns — to expand the client base.
  • Identify client training needs and collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate pricing, timely invoicing, and payment collection prior to course commencement.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, taking corrective measures when needed to achieve objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Excellent English and Arabic language proficiency is essential.
  • Candidate must be residing in UAE.
