Job summary

Zafify in Dubai seeks an experienced Account Manager to identify customer needs and drive success with our product. You will build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand challenges and mitigate issues.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration, visiting customers, and reporting on account health to identify opportunities for growth within our platform. Travel is required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
