Job summary

Dubai Luxury Hotel is seeking an experienced Lobby Ambassador to join its Front Office team. You will welcome guests, manage the lobby flow, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless arrival and stay.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel experience, outstanding communication, a polished presence, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. This on-site role offers visa sponsorship, housing options, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office/Guest Relations or Concierge in luxury hotels.
• 5-star or international hotel environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Maintain a strong lobby presence and assist with directions and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, Valet, and Guest Relations.
• Recognize VIP and repeat guests and ensure personalized attention.
• Manage lobby flow and assist during busy periods.
• Escort guests and provide information on facilities and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Report feedback or service opportunities to relevant departments.
• Maintain lobby presentation and professional conduct.
