Career Land Center, LLC's international 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Lobby Ambassador to join its Front Office team. You will welcome guests, provide directions, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations to ensure a flawless arrival experience.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel guest service experience, outstanding communication, and a polished presence. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and information about facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, Valet, and Guest Relations.
• Identify VIPs and special guests for personalized service.
• Manage lobby flow and guest guidance during busy periods.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, dining outlets, and local attractions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report feedback to relevant teams.
• Maintain a presentable, luxurious lobby aligned with 5-star standards.
