FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver five-star service at our luxury destinations. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, upsell services, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, exceptional communication, and proficiency with Opera PMS, Word, Excel and Outlook. English fluency is essential; multilingualism is a plus. Flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in a similar front desk role delivering luxury guest experiences.
• Fluent English; multilingualism is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused service.
• Proficient with Opera PMS, Word, Excel and Outlook; strong computer literacy.

• Maintain knowledge of room types, facilities, events, and policies; coordinate with teams.
• Upsell hotel services; collaborate with Reservations to optimize arrivals.
