Career Land Center, LLC's international 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking an experienced Lobby Ambassador to join its Front Office team. You will welcome guests, provide directions, and coordinate with Concierge, Bell Desk, and Guest Relations to ensure a flawless arrival experience.

The ideal candidate has luxury hotel guest service experience, outstanding communication, and a polished presence. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Job description

An international 5-star hotel in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Lobby Ambassador to join its Front Office team. The ideal candidate must have relevant hotel experience, excellent guest interaction skills, and a polished, welcoming presence to create a strong first impression for guests upon arrival.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and memorable first impression
• Maintain strong lobby presence and assist guests with directions, inquiries, and general information
• Support smooth arrival and departure experiences by coordinating with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, Valet, and Guest Relations teams
• Recognize VIP guests, repeat guests, and special occasion guests, ensuring personalized attention and proper follow-up
• Assist with queue management, lobby flow, guest guidance, and service coordination during busy periods
• Escort guests when required and provide information about hotel facilities, dining outlets, services, and local attractions
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests in a courteous and professional manner
• Report guest feedback, complaints, or service opportunities to the relevant department for immediate action
• Ensure the lobby area remains presentable, welcoming, and aligned with international 5-star hotel standards
• Maintain grooming, posture, communication, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times

Requirements

• Must have relevant experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, Lobby Host, or luxury hotel guest service
• Prior experience in a 5-star or international hotel environment is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest service mindset with a warm, confident, and professional approach
• Presentable, well-groomed, and able to represent a luxury hotel image
• Ability to handle guest inquiries, complaints, and busy lobby operations calmly and efficiently
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, German, or Chinese are an advantage
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest journey standards is an advantage
