- Monitoring and optimising key performance metrics including CPI, CPA, ROI, and spend efficiency.
- Conducting A/B and multivariate tests to identify high‑performing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Managing and mentoring a dynamic marketing team to achieve objectives and elevate performance.
- Working closely with senior leadership to align budgets, priorities, and campaign goals.
