The Team Manager will lead, coach, develop, and drive the performance of a team of Sales Consultants. This role is responsible for daily operational management, performance delivery, compliance adherence, culture building, staff development, and ensuring achievement of sales KPI's

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage & motivate a team of sales consultants.
• Set, monitor & drive weekly / monthly sales targets.
• Manage performance, quality, productivity & development.
• Coach, develop, vest & train new and existing consultants.
• Manage capacity, attendance, IR issues, absenteeism, disciplinary matters.
• Ensure strict compliance and adherence to call structure, QA & legislation.
• Deliver on active campaigns and project-based targets.

Qualification & Experience

• Matric (or equivalent qualification)
• Practical experience of IR processes
• Minimum of 3 years’ team management experience in a sales environment
• Financial Services experience (Long-term insurance and within a sales-oriented environment)
