As an Executive in Commercial Pricing, you'll take the lead in developing pricing governance frameworks, analyzing cost and margin performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across product, finance, and commercial teams.
You'll guide strategic bids, pricing models, and investment cases that directly influence commercial growth and sustainability. Design and manage pricing strategies aligned to business value, cost drivers, and market trends. Lead enterprise-wide pricing governance and support strategic commercial initiatives.
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Networks, and Bid teams to deliver robust business cases. Benchmark competitor pricing, margin performance, and recommend strategic adjustments. Support investment decisions through data-driven modeling and commercial feasibility assessments. Drive commercial insights that strengthen strategic partnerships and product positioning.
Oversee large bids and RFPs, including profitability modeling, contractual pricing, and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (Honours / MBA preferred). 8–10+ years' experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or financial planning, with 5+ years at the leadership level. A strong background in telecommunications, ICT, or infrastructure industries is essential.
Must possess advanced skills in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and commercial governance. Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with executive stakeholders is required. Familiarity with ICT regulatory frameworks, tender processes, and enterprise cost modeling is advantageous.
Exceptional Excel, modeling, and presentation skills are necessary; experience with tools like SAP, Power BI, or Tableau is beneficial.
