We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Paid Social Manager (all genders) to strengthen our digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. You will manage client budgets efficiently, develop strategic recommendations, and ensure excellent campaign performance from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social strategies tailored to client goals (performance and branding).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and optimizations.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop ad concepts and formats that align with platform best practices.
  • Lead reporting processes, including insightful performance reviews and proactive next-step recommendations for clients.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid social features to bring innovative ideas into the team.
  • Manage media budgets responsibly, ensuring the highest possible return on investment.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in paid social advertising, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of setting up and managing paid social campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Ads Managers (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and performance marketing goals (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM).
  • Experience in budget management across multiple accounts and/or clients.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and client service teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data in a client-friendly way.
  • Bonus: knowledge of Google Analytics, social listening tools, and basic creative asset editing (Canva, Adobe)
