A global conservation organization in South Africa is seeking a Brand and Design Coordinator to enhance visual storytelling across multiple platforms. This role involves managing design projects, ensuring brand consistency, and overseeing the IFAW Shop. Candidates should have strong graphic design skills, experience with Adobe Suite, and an understanding of brand management. A collaborative approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential for success in this position.
Staff work a hybrid schedule with 2 days/week in the office
We’re looking for a Brand and Design Coordinator who can help keep IFAW’s visual storytelling consistent, impactful, and easy for teams around the world to use. This role supports the full lifecycle of design projects—from intake and prioritisation to production, review, and delivery. As a member of the Content team, you’ll work closely with our Director of Content Marketing, our agency partners, and freelancers, as well as colleagues across IFAW.
You’ll help ensure that every visual we produce, digital or print, feels unmistakably IFAW. That means supporting others with the tools they need, reinforcing brand standards, and stepping in with hands-on design skills when quick edits or exports are needed.
This role is also responsible for managing the IFAW Shop, coordinating directly with our merchandise vendor and the internal shop stakeholders to keep products, processes, and the shop website running smoothly.
