- Ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the process
- Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, agency environment
- Proven ability to source internationally across technical, sales, or specialist roles
- Background in technical sales, healthtech, or insurance recruitment preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Remote-first with teams in South Africa, the UK, Bulgaria and USA
- Work directly with leadership on international client delivery
